Public Hearing Notice for Rosendale Water District

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Rosendale, Ulster County, New York, will meet at the Rosendale Town Hall, in Cottekill, New York, in said Town, on May 6, 2026, at 6 o’clock P.M. Prevailing  Time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing upon a certain map, plan and report including a revised estimate of cost prepared in relation to the proposed increased cost of an increase and improvement of the facilities of the Rosendale Water District in the Town of Rosendale, Ulster County, New York, consisting of the replacement of the Sand Hill Water Storage Tank, and construction of a new access road, including costs incidental thereto.  The maximum estimated cost of the aforesaid increase and improvement of the facilities of Rosendale Water District in the Town is $3,500,000, an increase of $700,000 over that previously authorized.

At said public hearing said Town Board will hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof.
