The judges preside over the Town of Rosendale Court which has jurisdiction over criminal, civil, vehicle and traffic and Town Code violations that occur in Town. Court sessions are held every Tuesday evening at 5:00 P.M.

The Court Clerk’s offices are open Monday, Wednesday, & Thursday 9:00 A.M to 3:30 P.M., Tuesday 9:30 A.M. - 4:00P.M. with court hours 5:00P.M.  & Fridays 9:30 A.M. - 12:30 P.M. Any questions relating to fines, violations, court appearances or other related matters must be directed to the Court Clerks. Questions relating to court cannot be answered by the Town Clerk.
