TAX CAP OVERRIDE

LOCAL LAW #2 2026

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE the Town of Rosendale

will hold a public hearing on November 4, 2026

at the Rosendale Municipal Building, 1915 Lucas Avenue,

Cottekill, NY, To consider the advisability of adopting a Local Law,

which must be in effect, to override the mandated

tax levy limit established in General Municipal Law 3-c

in the event of costs of increase in bond payments for water & sewer, increases in health insurance, state mandated salary increases, increases New York State Retirement.
