NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN,

 

that the Town Board of the Town of Rosendale will be holding a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 13, 2025, at 6:00 PM at the Rondout Municipal Building, 1915 Lucas Avenue, Cottekill, NY, for the purpose of reopening the public hearing on proposed amendments to Local Law No. 1 of 2025 – Camps and Local Law No. 2 of 2025 – Short-Term Transient Rentals, both amending Chapter 75 of the Zoning Code.
