BEFORE THE ROSENDALE PLANNING BOARD

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Planning Board of the Town of Rosendale,

Ulster County, New York 12472, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-40

(C)(3)(f) of the Rosendale Town Code on application #2026-4-The Belltower

for a proposed Site Plan Amendment Review located at 398 Main Street

Rosendale NY 12472, Parcel #62.82-5-15

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Thursday, October 8^th 2026, at the

Rondout Municipal Center located at 1915 Lucas Ave. Cottekill, New York

12419, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard
