  • Chief Scott Schaffrick – Chief of Police, Rosendale Police Department
  • Councilman Matt Igoe – Rosendale Town Council Member (non-voting member, Police Commission liaison)
  • Councilwoman Carrie Wykoff – Rosendale Town Council Member (non-voting member, Town Council liaison)
  • Jessieca McNabb (Volunteer Committee Member) – out sick

  1. Debrief from the second public meeting

We discussed the public’s comment regarding wanting the virtual meetings to be “more like Zoom” with the ability to see everyone.  We also discussed that some of the comments were long and hard to read off without it being disconnected.

We also discussed that we didn’t have a very large group and want to try and increase participation.  Matt noted that based on past experience that we should not expect very large numbers.

  1. Third public meeting (Dec 15)

We discussed the idea of having each subcommittee share very preliminary ideas that they are considering and asking for specific input on these ideas.

  1. Pre-draft proposal and subcommittee work

We did a quick check-in on the early draft of the proposal that Ted developed and where the subcommittee work is that will become the “meat” of the proposal
