PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a joint public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Marbletown and the Town Board of the Town of Rosendale on Wednesday June 3, 2026 at 6:00pm local time at the Rondout Municipal Center, 1915-1925 Lucas Avenue, Cottekill, NY to hear all interested parties regarding the High Falls Water District Proposed Rate Increase.

High Falls Water Rates Effective in the second quarter of 2026

From: $75.00 for five thousand (5,000) gallons per quarter

To:     $80 for five thousand (5000) gallons per quarter

From: $ 12.00 per thousand (1,000) over five thousand (5,000) gallons per quarter

To:     $ 12.00 per thousand (1,000) over five thousand (5,000) gallons per quarter

$ 20 per thousand (1,000) between 100,001 and 200,000 per quarter, and

$ 60 per thousand (1,000) over 200,000 per quarter
