NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Rosendale, Ulster County, New York, will meet at the Rosendale Town Hall, in Cottekill, New York, in said Town, on May 27, 2026, at 5:00 o’clock P.M., Prevailing Time, for the purpose of conducting a public hearing in relation to the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of the Rosendale Water District in said Town, consisting of the replacement of the Sand Hill Water Storage Tank, and construction of a new access road, including costs incidental thereto, at a maximum estimated cost of $3,500,000.
At said public hearing said Town Board will hear all persons interested in the subject matter thereof.
