NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE ROSENDALE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Zoning Board of the Town of Rosendale,
Ulster County, New York, will hold a Public Hearing pursuant to §75-42 (D)(1)
of the Rosendale Town Code for a proposed Area Variance on application #2022-4
Lands of Peggy Elkins located at 36 Deyo Street, Tillson NY 12486, Tax ID 70.43-2-1.200

SAID HEARING will take place at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, June 21^st 2022, at
the Rondout Municipal Center located at 1915 Lucas Ave. Cottekill, New York
12419, at which time all interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard.
